1. Membership Options:

Monthly Membership: Payment is made in advance for a 30-day period.

Annual Membership: Payment is made in advance for a 12-month period.

2. Delivery of Services Membership includes professional development, exclusive teaching resources, and the ALL ACCESS PASS. Monthly subscribers will receive their resources, including the ALL ACCESS PASS, via email every 30 days .Annual subscribers will receive these benefits on a monthly basis throughout the 12-month membership period.

3. All Access Pass

The ALL ACCESS PASS is delivered as a unique, non-transferable code each month as part of your monthly content delivery. The pass grants full access to the PYPTeachingTools.com library and is valued at £8. It can be redeemed for resources up to £8 or applied as a discount toward more expensive resources, with the discount applied at checkout. The pass must be used within 30 days of delivery. Unused passes will expire and cannot be carried over to subsequent months. The pass is for single-use only and cannot be reused or transferred beyond the month of delivery. It is members’ responsibility to ensure they use their ALL ACCESS PASS timely.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payments are processed in advance: Monthly memberships are billed every 30 days. Annual memberships are billed once per year. Monthly Memberships: You may cancel anytime. If canceled after payment, the membership remains active until the end of the current 30-day period. No further payments will be taken. Annual Memberships: Cancellation within 60 days of payment entitles you to a refund commencing from the next billing date. Your membership will expire at the end of the current 30 day period.

5. Copyright and Usage of Resources

All resources provided are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of Susan Powers and PYPTeachingTools.com. All rights are reserved. Resources are licensed for single-use classroom purposes only. They may not be: Reproduced for whole-school use.

• Sold, redistributed, or repurposed in any form

6. Professional Development Professional development content is created and delivered based on Susan Powers’ 24 years of classroom experience and extensive professional learning across six countries. The content reflects the author’s personal views and is not endorsed by the International Baccalaureate (IB) organization. All methods and strategies shared have been tried and tested with hundreds of students internationally.

7. User Responsibilities Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and current email addresses to ensure timely delivery of content. Members agree not to share login credentials, resources, or access passes with others outside their own classroom use.

8. Data Privacy and Security Member information will be used solely for delivering membership benefits and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination for Breach PYPTeachingTools.com reserves the right to terminate memberships without refund if these terms, including resource usage restrictions, are violated.

10. Modification of Terms PYPTeachingTools.com reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email to active members.
